Committee Descriptions

CADM Committees allow members to learn from and engage with peers while driving thought leadership. Please review the committee descriptions below.

Membership Committee

The Membership Committee is responsible for member recruitment, engagement and retention  in accordance with the goals of CADM as approved by the Board of Directors. The Membership Committee usually consists of three to five members representing the diversity of CADM Members. The committee meets regularly via in-person and/or conference calls that serve as a forum for updates, discussion and planning.

Partnership/Sponsorship Committee

The Partnership/Sponsorship Committee is responsible for the recruitment of partners and sponsors as well as engagement and retention in accordance with the goals of CADM as approved by the Board of Directors. The Partnership/Sponsorship Committee usually consists of three to five members representing the diversity of CADM Members. The committee meets regularly via in-person and/or conference calls that serve as a forum for updates, discussion and planning.

Programming Committee

The Programming Committee is responsible for overall planning, organization and execution of CADM’s programming schedule which includes CADM’s Annual Meeting, Holiday Party and other chapter programs planned by the committee to meet the needs of our different membership types. The Programming Committee usually consists of five to eight members representing the diversity of CADM Members. The committee meets regularly via in-person and/or conference calls that serve as a forum for updates, discussion and planning.

Tempo Awards Committee

The Tempo Awards Committee is responsible for overall planning, organization and execution of CADM’s Tempo Awards. The Tempo Awards Committee usually consists of five to eight members representing the diversity of CADM Members. The committee meets regularly via in-person and/or conference calls that serve as a forum for updates, discussion and planning.

Education Committee

The Education Committee is responsible for overall planning, organization and execution of CADM’s formal education programs which currently consists of the B2B Basic Course and any other formal education programs planned by the committee to meet the needs of our various membership types. The Education Committee usually consists of five to eight members representing the variety of CADM Members. The committee meets regularly via in-person and/or conference calls that serve as a forum for updates, discussion and planning.

Marketing/Communications Committee

The Marketing/Communications Committee is responsible for overall planning, organization and execution of CADM’s communication plan and strategy which currently consists of CADM’s website, email communications and social media. The Marketing/Communications Committee usually consists of five to eight members representing the diversity of CADM Members. The committee meets regularly via in-person and/or conference calls that serve as a forum for updates, discussion and planning.
