Meet The Panel

Suzy Jackson – Moderator
Associate Creative Director, Merkle

Suzy brings a wealth of experience in building innovative marketing programs for clients including Cricket Wireless, T-Mobile, Allstate, Hallmark, Tourism Ireland, American Home Shield, Discover and SoFi. She has worked at several prominent Chicago agencies, including Leo Burnett, FCB, Epsilon and now Merkle. Suzy believes in a collaborative approach and her creative repertoire includes email, direct mail, digital, social, print, branded content and web videos. She is also the President of the Chicago Association of Direct Marketing (CADM).

Casey Ciciora-Gold – Panelist

Casey is a marketing strategist with a commitment to achieving meaningful work through creating, learning and growing from unique projects. Skilled in project management and digital media with an expertise in marketing, strategy, and health and wellness. Casey is a graduate of Columbia College Chicago and is currently Vice President of CADM.  Casey has been recognized as a CADM Emerging Leader in 2017 and also was named CADM Volunteer of the Year in 2018.

Danealle Khaimskiy - Panelist
Account Manager, Merkle

Danealle Khaimskiy is a marketer with a Bachelor of Science in journalism, marketing, and sales from Bradley University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. By day, Danealle is an Account Manager at Merkle, where she leads direct mail, email and digital marketing teams for Forbes 500 clients. By night, she freelances for various local publications like the Daily Herald and Inspired By We. As an out and proud queer woman, Danealle uses her corporate experience to provide guidance and support for other queer woman and non-binary folks in business. She runs the LGBTQIA2+ pillar on her company’s Diversity and Inclusion board. On the rare occasions Danealle isn’t working, she enjoys practicing guitar and MMA. 

Gabriel Mitchell - Panelist
President, Angle Flight Marketing

Gabriel founded Angel Flight Marketing Services in 1992. He obtained most of his project management and marketing experience at Allstate Insurance Company., where his primary role was Divisional Marketing Manager.  The position included developing insurance-agent lead generation systems, utilizing market-research database analysis, direct mail, graphic design, telemarketing and broadcast mediums.  As part of this assignment, he traveled the country managing focus groups and research studies to develop the direct marketing solutions for Allstate and its agents. While at Allstate, Gabriel received training in the Crosby Quality control methods as it applies to creative and research development. Gabriel is a graduate of Southern Illinois University B.S. Marketing.  He is also a Fellow of the Life Insurance Management Institute and a current Board Member of CADM.

Passionate about direct marketing and helping people find jobs, Michelle Robin has translated her extensive B-to-B marketing background into a career focused on her true love: creating powerful career marketing campaigns that lead to interviews at her clients’ target organizations. As a dual-certified (NCRW and CPRW) and award-winning resume writer, Michelle has been featured in Fast Company, Monster.com, and IvyExec.com and her work has been published in the books, Modernize Your Resume and Modernize Your Job Search Letters.

Bob Vevang - Panelist
Principal, Managing Director, Aqua Story Lab

Bob Vevang is the Founder, Managing Director of Aqua Story Lab, a strategy/content/creative agency. As part of the Chicago multi-channel marketing community he has led teams serving clients across many industries including Banking, FinTech, Travel, Entertainment, Industrial Supply, Telecom and CPG. His work today can be seen in Australia, Canada and Europe in addition to the United States. Bob is also an adjunct faculty member of Elmhurst University and is a mentor in the Department of Business and Economics student mentoring program. He holds an MBA from DePaul University and has received several industry awards through the Chicago Association of Direct Marketing.
